In 2024, the Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) partnered with Neurological Alliances in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in the My Neuro Survey project. Three individual surveys focused on the experiences of adults, family carers and children with a neurological condition. In total, across the three surveys, the experiences of 861 individuals across the Republic of Ireland were captured.

Findings from the My Neuro Survey Project: Employment is the second in a series of fact sheets, that they will be sharing over the coming weeks
Almost half (43%) of respondents reported having stopped working due to their neurological condition, with others reporting having difficulties at work.

European Committee for Treatment & Research in Multiple Sclerosis Patient Community Day will be held on 26 September 2025 at the Barcelona International Convention Center and online.

This annual event is designed for people living with multiple sclerosis and related neurological diseases, and their caregivers, to stay updated and involved in the advancements being made on their journey towards managing their conditions. Importantly, this information is being communicated directly from experts in the field, immediately upon conclusion of the 2025 ECTRIMS Congress.

Conor has now completed 2 blocks of this 12 week class and not only has the feedback been amazing, but the improvements in people's strength is phenomenal! Living Well is a free group programme for adults with any long term or chronic condition. It takes place over 6 weeks with weekly workshops lasting approx 2.5 hours. The next online programme starts Thursday, October 30th at 2.30pm. This specific programme is for people living with MS.
- Build the skills and confidence to live well with your condition
- Connect with others living with longterm health challenges
- Learn from shared experiences in a supportive group
