Finding me again
When I first joined Slimming World, I was nervous – I didn’t know if I’d ever manage it. But step by step, the weight came off, and now I’m more than three stone lighter! The scales tell part of the story, but the real change is how much healthier, happier and more confident I feel.

Body Magic
My Body Magic journey has been incredible. At first, just moving a little more felt like such a challenge – but I kept at it. Now, I look forward to being active. Whether it’s going for walks, dancing in the kitchen or just making everyday tasks more energetic, I’ve learned that moving really does feel good.

Perfect picnics
Food is still such a joy for me. One of my favourite things now is planning Slimming World–friendly picnics. There’s something so special about filling a basket with healthy, tasty treats and enjoying them outdoors. It feels like freedom – not just food freedom, but life freedom.

Giving back
Another part of my journey that means the world to me is helping out in group each week. I know how powerful support can be, and it feels amazing to give back. Our group is like a family – we cheer each other on, share ideas, and celebrate every success. I get great support & ideas from all my fellow members & Charlotte of course 💞💞

Looking ahead
If someone had told me a few years ago that I’d be three stone lighter, full of energy and enjoying picnics in the sunshine, I don’t think I’d have believed them. But here I am – living proof that change is possible. If I can do it, you can too.
