We’re delighted to launch the Orchard Care Group 2024 Impact Report, highlighting a year of meaningful progress, growth, and person-centred support here in Orchard Community Care. ✨

In 2024, we:
✅ Opened four new community homes, expanding our reach and improving access to high-quality services

✅ Supported life-changing transitions for individuals like Niall, who moved from a nursing home into a community setting after 35 years, now thriving in a home of his own

✅ Launched the Orchard Community Care Residents Forum, ensuring the voice of residents is heard and actively shapes service delivery

✅ Continued success in regulatory compliance, with 88.15% full compliance across HIQA inspections

✅ Expanded education, employment, and community inclusion initiatives

The March winner of our Orchard Values Award is Eney, Social Care Worker at Seahaven. 👏✨

Eney was nominated by her manager Paula who said, "Eney gives 110% to the young people, the team and their parents. She is always striving to empower through community inclusion and working towards goals while overcoming obstacles that stand in the way.
Recent collaboration with family, school and the CDNT provided further ideas to better the lives of the young people we support in all areas of sensory needs, healthcare and overall wellbeing.
