As a Naturopath/Herbalist, my goal, in consultation with patients, is to help them take control and be in charge of their own lives. Using the best that nature has to offer, to help them become well and stay well. There isn't always a quick fix to health problems, but through education and support one can usually come up with a long-term plan to live a healthy life. Among some of the suggestions f
