Welcome to week 4. This week the kids will practice boat pose with its many fun variations. Sail boat, row boat, kayak, peddle boat. We have a boat pose variation cube game to play at the end of class. Our other new poses are happy baby & bridge pose. Our story is Who I am, a book full of affirmations. We will continue our kindness term with ‘I am’ statements around our mandala hedgehogs

Free trials in October, contact Anita 087775945 to organise one free trial for kiddo aged 4-12 years (teens also have a group).
➡️ Saturday 10-11am 4-7 years
➡️ Sunday 12-1pm 4-9 years
➡️ Wednesday 4-5pm 4-7 years
➡️ Thursday 4-5pm 7-12 years
Classes outline,
➡️ 5 minutes obstacle course warm up
➡️ 5-10 minutes ‘best bit of the week’ (instilling a gratitude practice)
➡️ seated stretches
➡️ 3 yoga introduced each week, with modifications and variations
➡️ yoga song movement, breathing & poses
➡️ mindfulness story & discussion around feelings & emotions
➡️ 15-20 minutes mindfulness colouring or mindfulness Lego
➡️ finishing song or activity (parachute game, boom whackers or scarves)
