My mission is to inspire, motivate, encourage and empower you to live your best, healthiest, happiest one-and-only life, shining your light, right now!
In my 33 years as a Medical Doctor, across multiple specialities, and countries, I witnessed all manner unnecessary suffering, often as a result of ‘faulty’ or unhealthy thinking.
The most important journey of our lives is to discover our true light, and let it shine in the world. It takes a willingness to start; it takes courage to continue.
My personal journey to shine my own light has not been easy. It is an ongoing process of self- awareness, self-discovery, self mastery and self expression, guided always by my desire to relive unnecessary suffering in the world. I understand resistance; I understand fear; I understand heartbreak; I understand failure. I have experienced all of these, and yet I have discovered love, trust, courage, freedom, peace and wisdom. Let me share that with you.
