Join us for a gentle Sunday morning of mindfulness, meditation and deep relaxation. A chance to release stress and soften the weight you’ve been carrying.

A safe space where you can simply just be, leaving with a sense of calm and clarity.

When these centers are balanced, neural signaling and hormonal release work in harmony, supporting clarity, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Beginning Thursday evening .therapy each gathering will explore how activating and understanding these energy centers can directly impact your nervous system regulation and hormonal balance, bridging ancient wisdom with modern physiology in a practical, embodied way.
