Modern working bodies weren’t designed for prolonged sitting.
I focus on posture-related shoulder and lower back pain caused by long hours at a desk, screen use, driving and repetitive strain.
Over time this can lead to:
• Rounded shoulders
• Forward head posture
• Tight hip flexors
• Weak glutes
• Persistent neck and upper back tension
These patterns are extremely common — and very treatable with targeted soft tissue therapy.
If you’re noticing stiffness, reduced mobility or ongoing tension, your body may simply need the right structural reset.
