This 6-week in-person healing programme has been gently designed to support those living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, inflammation, fatigue, and emotional exhaustion in a safe, compassionate, and non-pressured way.
This is not about pushing through pain or forcing change.
It is about working with the body, calming the nervous system, and creating the conditions where healing can naturally begin.

Over six weeks, you will be guided through a series of deeply supportive, trauma-aware guided meditations, each carefully structured to help the body feel safer, calmer, and more supported.
Each session builds gently on the previous week, allowing your nervous system to settle at its own pace.
This programme is suitable for:

Fibromyalgia
Inflammatory and autoimmune pain
Long-term fatigue and exhaustion
Pain-related stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbance
No previous meditation experience is required.
🧘♀️ Weekly Session Themes
Week 1 – Chronic Pain Safety & Nervous System Reset
Creating a foundation of safety in the body. This session helps calm pain-related fear, reduce nervous system overload, and support the body in moving out of constant alert mode.
Week 2 – Fibromyalgia Healing & Nervous System Support
A deeply validating and supportive session focused on widespread pain, fatigue, sensory overload, and emotional exhaustion commonly experienced with fibromyalgia.
Week 3 – Inflammation & Body Pain Soothing
Gentle regulation for inflammation, joint pain, muscle tension, and flare-ups. This session supports the body’s natural calming and balancing responses.
Week 4 – Emotional Pain Stored in the Body – Gentle Release
Supporting the safe release of emotional stress and tension stored in the body, without talking through trauma or reliving the past.
Week 5 – Sleep, Rest & Deep Recovery
Focused on pain-related insomnia, nervous system exhaustion, and deep rest. This session supports the body’s natural repair and recovery processes.
Week 6 – Integration & Ongoing Support
A nurturing integration session bringing together safety, soothing, and rest, while empowering you with tools to continue supporting your body beyond the programme.
