Show your spine some love with Standing Trunk Extensions!

Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart and hands on your hips.
Slowly lean back, arch your lower back, and lift your chest to the sky.

What are Orthotics???

They are shoe inserts that reposition the angle at which your foot hits the ground.
Not everyone needs orthotics and I ONLY prescribe if and when they are necessary..usually for pain.

For example, foot pain...plantar fascitis ...shin splints...knee pain..outside of hip pain ...some back pains...
