Do you love spinach?
I well remember my mom trying desperately to get me to take some spinach. I just hated it.
Decades later I love spinach, for what ever reason.
Good for me, because spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health.
Spinach is called a superfood because of its high source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that protect your body from a wide range of diseases.
