Before the year ends, I just wanted to take a quiet moment to say thank you ❤️

Thank you for being here this year for the conversations, the trust, the shared space, and for choosing to take time for yourself in whatever way that looked like.

This year asked a lot, didn’t it?
Beautiful in parts, challenging in others.
As we gently move towards January, I hope you give yourself permission to go slowly ... without pressure to reset or have everything figured out, just a little kindness for yourself.

I’m really looking forward to welcoming you back in the new year for more healing, care, and beautiful transformations.

I’ve been taking a short break since before Christmas and will be back on January 5th. I’ll reply to all messages, emails, and enquiries when I return.

My time with Niamh felt like stepping into a sanctuary. Every moment, from the soothing cleanse and warm towels to the gentle rhythm of facial and foot reflexology, wrapped me in calm. Her presence is a gift in itself: warm, nurturing, deeply connected. And the Reiki… beyond words, like being held in soft light. I left feeling grounded, grateful, and blessed to have crossed paths with her.

Today is the 1st of December and I’m starting something I really need for myself. The last few weeks have been busy, heavy and a little chaotic, and I can feel how out of alignment I’ve become.
And from chatting to clients, I know I’m definitely not the only one ... this year has taken a lot out of so many people.

So for the next 21 days, right up until the Winter Solstice on the 21st, I’m giving myself a gentle reset. A chance to reconnect, ground and come back into my own energy again.

Every day I’ll share one simple grounding practice .. a short meditation or a breathwork technique/meditation that I’m doing myself. Some days I’ll share my own, and other days I’ll share helpful links from YouTube or Insight Timer (the free version is amazing if you don’t have it).

I’ll also be bringing back my own little rituals like gratitude, script writing and intention-setting and I’ll share bits of those too for anyone who wants the extra inspiration.
There’s no pressure to do everything ...just take whatever supports you.
