My time with Niamh felt like stepping into a sanctuary. Every moment, from the soothing cleanse and warm towels to the gentle rhythm of facial and foot reflexology, wrapped me in calm. Today is the 1st of December and I’m starting something I really need for myself. The last few weeks have been busy, heavy and a little chaotic, and I can feel how out of alignment I’ve become.
And from chatting to clients, I know I’m definitely not the only one ... this year has taken a lot out of so many people.

So for the next 21 days, right up until the Winter Solstice on the 21st, I’m giving myself a gentle reset. A chance to reconnect, ground and come back into my own energy again.

Every day I’ll share one simple grounding practice .. a short meditation or a breathwork technique/meditation that I’m doing myself. Some days I’ll share my own, and other days I’ll share helpful links from YouTube or Insight Timer (the free version is amazing if you don’t have it).

I’ll also be bringing back my own little rituals like gratitude, script writing and intention-setting and I’ll share bits of those too for anyone who wants the extra inspiration.
There’s no pressure to do everything ...just take whatever supports you.

You can’t think positively if your nervous system is dysregulated.
It’s not mindset.
It’s not motivation.
It’s your body being in survival mode.

When your nervous system is overwhelmed, your mind spirals.
Your breathing shortens.
Your energy drops.
Your thoughts race.
Your body tightens.

This is why affirmations don’t work.
This is why you can’t “just calm down.”
This is why your mind feels loud and heavy.

You have to regulate the body first.
Then the mind opens.
Then the thoughts shift.
Then the clarity comes.

This is genuinely the work I’m being pulled toward with my clients ..
