                                            ✨ “I thought healing would feel lighter by now…”
But some days it feels messy, raw, and like I’m right back where I started.
The truth? That is healing.
🌟Some days feel like progress…
Other days feel like a complete crash.
👉If you’ve been stuck in stress mode for too long—burnout, brain fog, poor sleep, just getting through
👉then slowing down can come as a shock to your system.
👉You finally plan to rest.
Maybe read a book. Breathe.
But your body has other ideas.
👉Suddenly, you're sick. Drained. Emotional.
It’s like your body waited until you stopped to finally say,
“Okay… now let’s deal with it.”
👉This is what’s known as The Let-Down Effect.
And it’s real.
👉Your nervous system shifts from survival mode into healing mode and all the things you’ve been carrying rise to the surface.
👉If that’s where you are right now… I see you.
You’re not going backwards.
Your body is catching up.
🌟This is where deep healing begins.
And it’s okay to need support through this part too.
