“I began working with Connected Health in 2019, and I can honestly say that I love my job. I truly enjoy spending time with my clients, visiting them in their homes, and building close relationships with them and their families. The laughter we share every day means so much, and on the tougher days, being able to put a smile on their face even for a few seconds makes my work incredibly rewarding.
Connected Health is a wonderfully supportive company to work for. Our job can feel lonely at times, especially when we’re out on the road by ourselves or when we lose clients we’ve cared for over a long period. Meet Our New Rapid Responder, Gosia from our Cavan team! ✨

We are delighted to introduce Gosia, who has recently stepped into the role of Rapid Responder here at Connected Health. Many of you will already know her warm smile and incredible dedication!

Here's a little bit from Gosia about her journey so far:

"For more than six years, I've had the privilege of working with Connected Health, starting as a Healthcare Assistant and proudly progressing to the role of Rapid Responder. Throughout this time, I've developed a deep passion for supporting elderly individuals and ensuring they recieve the dignity, comfort and compassion they deserve.

My work has allowed me to build meaningful relationships, offer reassurance during vulnerable moments and make a real difference in people's daily lives. I'm naturally empathetic and patient and these qualities guide me in delivering high-quality, person centred care in every home I enter.

Transitioning into the Rapid Responder role has strengthened my skills, confidence and commitment to the organisation. I thrive in environments that call for quick thinking, calm decision making and genuine compassion. I'm proud to represent Connected Health and to support clients and colleagues whenever I'm needed.

John has been part of the Connected Health family for the past three years.

He has been a cherished member of the Drogheda team, and we will deeply miss his humour, his ability to brighten any day, and the exceptional care he showed not only to his clients but also to his colleagues. His presence could fill any room, and his warmth touched everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

John will be profoundly missed. He leaves behind memories of kindness and laughter that will remain forever woven into the fabric of Connected Health 💚
