💕💕💕 New Baby Massage Term Date 💕💕💕

I am excited to announce my next term of Baby Massage. Classes will resume just after the Easter holidays on the 14th of April.

Join me Ciara for 5 weeks (every Tuesday morning) for a peaceful morning where you can relax, learn all the beautiful elements of Baby Massage, baby will have a lovely massage and then there will be time for a chat and time to decompress at the end of every class.

Baby Massage has endless benefits of relieving constipation/wind, teething pain & congestion. It can help relieve the symptoms of Colic and Reflux. It can aid Sleep promotion and its great for 1:1 time to help bond with baby 💕💕

🎃What a fun Halloween Tummy Time Class 🎃

👻Lots of new tummy time positions were practiced using some fun techniques.
👻Each position was adapted for babies age and comforts.
👻Lots of cute pictures and footprints were taken.
👻Lots of babies were ready for a big nap post class after all the fun.
