We now offer three weekly yoga classes at Anam Ashram. Monday, Hatha Yoga with Jane; Wednesday it's Vinyasa with Hannah and Thursday we have a new Hatha Yoga class with Celine. Full details on poster below or on events section. Check times as they vary. See you on the mat. Namaste!

World Christian Community for Meditation: This year's John Main Seminar will be held in Balally Parish, Dublin, beginning on Thursday 6th Nov. It is possible to attend in person and online and more info is here: https://wccm.org/jms2025/
The theme is: INTEGRAL CHRISTIANITY: The Vision of Celtic Christianity for the Crisis of the 21st Century.
