Some of us has had a few too many mince pies over the Christmas break.
Well our first beginners spin is this Sat. Up to straffan and back 30 to 40kms at a slow pace.
This is the start of training for the big cycle in May. No helmet no cycle and bring money for the all important coffee stop. Leaving the laurels at 10am. Sure it would be rude not too.
