We are absolutely thrilled to share that Asha has been awarded the Emerging Talent Bursary 2025 by Active South Dublin and South Dublin County Council (SDCC)!

This incredible support will go a long way in helping Asha with international travel as she continues to compete on the world stage of Karate. 🥋🌍✈️

I love helping people feel movement—not just go through the motions. On Tuesday afternoons .ie we dive into the world of shoulder mobility, exploring subtle body connections through breath, awareness, and a variety of different tools.
It’s amazing what the body can learn when we slow down and really listen.
Every class is journey of deep movement education!

Very proud of Asha placing 7th in the European Karate Championships in Bielsko Biala 🇵🇱It was her first time to compete in Juniors (U18) and had a very difficult first fight against France who went on to get the gold which gave Asha a chance to fight again in repechage. She won her first fight against Montenegro but then lost against Turkey allowing the Turkish athlete to advance to the bronze medal match. She never gave up all the way through and still came away smiling. Thank you to everyone that supports Asha”s development, her karate club, her karate coaches, her gym and movement coaches, her physio and a massive thank you to everyone that sponsored Asha for this trip. Next big one is the Youth League Guadalajara 🇪🇸at the beginning of April

As an self funded Athlete, Asha is looking for your support to help her travel and compete in the upcoming cadet,Junior and U21s European Karate Championships held in Bielsko Biala, Poland 🇵🇱 - with less than 10 days to go we are launching our fundraising campaign with GoFundMe. We will be announcing other events across the week in how you can support Asha in our final push to raise much needed funds.

Next up for Asha is the cadet,Junior and U21s European Karate Championships held in Bielsko Biala, Poland 🇵🇱 next month. Asha finished off cadets ranked

World no. 9 female cadet (under 16) .

She will fight in Juniors (u18) at the upcoming championships for the first time at this level. We are so proud of her representing her country and wish her and all her teammates a fantastic competition- let’s go team 🇮🇪

‼️CLASSES IN TEMPLEOGUE CANCELLED TODAY‼️

I have just been notified that the Pastoral centre is closed today

Unfortunately due to a burst water main on Rossmore road we are without supply of water and are unable to open
So sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We will aim to start back on Wednesday morning- stay warm ❤️

Thank you all so much for joining me on the mat this year!! Classes in Templeogue are now finished until January 6th when we will kick off again. For anyone that would like to continue with a bit at home over the break, I have emailed current members details on how to join the online class portal for free for 35 days to keep you moving. On this you will find a library of tutorials and classes to choose from. If you didn’t get the email, please reach out to me 🙏
