Peacefully, after a short illness. In the wonderful care of the staff of Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel.
Predeceased by his son Nicky, father Nick and brother Fr Jimmy. Deeply regretted by his loving family, mother Elizabeth, wife Joan (née Delahunty), daughters Trish, Liz and Joan, sons Timmy and John, grandchildren Shannen, Seán óg, Samantha, Leah and Theodore, sons-in-law Dan (O'Meara) and John (Quinlan), daughter-in-law Áine (Delaney), brothers John, Ber, Ger, Martin, Michael and Eamon, sisters Liz (O'Sulllivan) and Ann (Wong), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, Sue Ryder community and friends.

Festival of St. Bridget:
On Friday 30th January at Cabragh Wetlands, rushes will be provided for the making of Bridget's Crosses. This celebration will take place at 7 pm. All are welcome to this free event. Donations on the evening appreciated.
On Sunday 1st February (St. Bridget's Day) the Abbey/Wetlands Choir will honour St. Bridget at 11am Mass in Holycross Abbey.

Predeceased by her husband Tommie and her parents Patrick and May.
Will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons Sean, Mick and Martin, daughters Marie and Frances, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughter-in-law Helen, son-in-law Stephen, Frances' partner Terry, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Concerned about the proposed biogas / anaerobic digestion development at Killough?

What the workshops will help with:

✅ Understanding the Further Information
✅ How to make a valid planning submission
✅ Ensuring your concerns are properly considered

Key issues include:

• Traffic and road safety
• Groundwater and drinking water protection
• Quarry blasting, vibration and safety risks
• Odour and air quality impacts
• Risks to agriculture, including fodder shortages and high nitrate concentrations in local ground and surface waters
• Risks to the River Suir SAC, pNHAs and local biodiversity

💶 Contribution:
• €20 for first-time submissions
• Free for follow-up / second-time submissions

The death has occurred of Patrick Stokes. Galbertstown, Holycross, Thurles, Tipperary
In his 95th Year. Peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family. In the wonderful care of Mary O' Connor and staff of Acorn Lodge Nursing Home, Cashel. Predeceased by his sister Renee (Fitzpatrick) and brother Nicholas. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, wife Moira, daughters Alma, Roma and Valerie, son Frank, adored grandchildren Ciara, Rory, Alex, Isabel, Laura, Ben, Melissa and Naomi, sons-in-law Thierry (Sueur) and Fergal (O'Mongain), daughter-in-law Elaine (née Crowley), nephews, nieces, brother-in-law Alfred (Butler), sisters-in-law Kay and Pauline (Butler), cousins, relatives, great neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
