Hi, I'm Deirdre & I am a Reiki Healer & I work from my home which is in Tinahely County Wicklow . I have many customers from the following area who travel down to me including Bray, Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow and Kilkenny areas. I dedicate my life to Reiki. I guess you could say Reiki "found" me. WHAT IS REIKI? Reiki is such a powerful, yet gentle tool that promotes self healing. It works on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. A Reiki Treatment lasts approximately 1 hour, during which time, you lay on a table, fully clothed only removing shoes and any jewellery & then covered in a blanket for comfort. During a Reiki Healing Treatment, I use a sequence of hand positions on or over the body & direct energy where the body needs it, cleansing and clearing any blockages. At the end of a healing, a person generally feels totally relaxed. There are many reasons why people may come to me for a Reiki Healing. It's very good for working on stress, leading to stress reduction, sleep disorders, low self esteem, helps the body cope with chronic illness, It is an aid to medical treatments and many, many more.
