Very excited to be able to add a new treatment of compression boots to AW Sports Massage Therapy. Thanks to Conor and Keelan and for the assistance in providing this service. The benefit of compression boots cannot be underestimated. Benefits of compression boots include reduction of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (D.O.M.S) after a heavy leg workout by dynamic compression of muscles by inflation followed by deflation. This process pumps the inflammation, lactic acids and metabolic waste products into the central circulatory system allowing for your legs to recover quicker. The use of compression boots sooner after a workout has a greater efficiency. The use of the boots and various offers can be viewed and booked using the booking link below.
