Tipperary Mental Health Week 2025 is officially launched!! 👏🎊

We were delighted to be joined by the Cathaoirleach of Tipperary County Council Cllr John Carroll to launch in Thurles.

A huge thanks to Debbie Murphy SliabhnamBan Yoga Studio for minding our wellbeing on the day 🧘‍♀️

With events running from 6th-10th October across Tipperary, the organising team have been working their socks off to facilitate positive mental health supports for all across Tipperary 🎗🧘‍♀️🌞

Reminder- we have our main FREE public event themed "Recovery is Possible" taking place on World Mental Health Day (Friday 10th October) from 9.30am-1pm 🙋🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

Silver Arch FRC recently hosted a morning sound bath at two locations, Newport and Borrisokane, led by The Sound of Wellness. Participants left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Cian McDonell from Gold Standard Physiotherapy gave an insightful talk on lifestyle medicine, discussing how nutrition, sleep, and exercise affect our health, sparking engaging conversations.

Additionally, Mid-West Aries conducted a Creativity for Wellbeing Workshop for our staff, which was enjoyed by all.
