Kev showing what a difference consistency, accountability, and small daily habits make ๐Ÿ‘

is a busy dad who works shift work, so long hours in the gym and endless cardio were never realistic for him. The main aim was to feel better in himself, have more energy for work and family life, and get back into a healthier routine. ๐Ÿ’ช

This journey hasnโ€™t been easy. Itโ€™s taken time, consistency, and a whole lot of determination.โŒ›

Bryan has faced challenges head-on, pushed through the tough days, and stayed committed to becoming the best version of himself. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Now, 17.5kg lighter, heโ€™s not just leaner, heโ€™s fitter, stronger, and more resilient than ever. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

With it being the first week of May, the weather being so good and summer just around the corner..โ˜€๏ธ

Motivation is the thing everyone's looking for everyday...๐Ÿ”Ž

Motivation to get up and go to work....
Motivation to go to the gym....
Motivation to eat healthy....

Some days you just don't have it, you just don't have motivation for anything....but that's ok, we're just human at the end of the day.
Unfortunately there's no magic switch for people to just turn on being motivated (although booking holidays seems to do it for most ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜…)

The one thing I can't stress enough in regards to motivation is keep pushing, it's ok to have bad days but don't give up...
The motivation will come back again and you'll keep smashing it ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Day 1 down...Easy work

Day 5...Kids stress you out, work didn't go to plan. 1 share bar to myself later and I feel like sh*t for caving ๐Ÿ™„

This year rather than giving up something take up something this year ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ฏ

- Go for a walk over the weekends๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ
- Meditate once a day ๐Ÿง˜
- Read a book ๐Ÿ“š
- Try to exercise even just 2-3 times per week ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ

You don't need to join a gym or do PTS if the gym isn't for you, in Tipp Town you're spoiled for choice.

run club on Tuesdays is the best run club I've ever seen. ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ
runs probably the best classes in the county with a rock solid community. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
There's hiking and walking groups. โ›ฐ๏ธ

They're just a few off the top of my head. ๐Ÿ’ญ

The options are there it's just a matter of making the most of the choices and finding what's best for you ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

So for the next 40 days try to introduce something new, it'll be a lot more satisfying than trying to deprive yourself and more beneficial in the long run and you'll end up making new habits ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Can't isn't a word that Adam likes to use...

Being told he can't do this and won't be able to do that is something that has happened quite a few times over the past 12 months. But time after time Adam defys the odds and keeps proving people wrong ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Adam is determined to get stronger and walk by himself again, the progress he's made is amazing....coming into the gym always happy, dancing, laughing and smiling. He's our very own celebrity and always motivates everyone around him ๐Ÿค—

I've learned a lot from training Adam over the past few months and I think we all could learn a few things...
Be more like Adam, that's what I think to myself daily. ๐Ÿ’ญ

Getting caught out when life is busy and you have nothing prepared is normal, how you respond to that situation is what will separate getting results or not.

Knowing what to get and where to get it is key to staying in line with your goals ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Nutrition is such an important aspect and while we will always support preparing meals at home, having alternatives that you can slot in when life gets busy is an essential ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Just a couple of client wins this week...
-10k run complete for the first time โœ…
-Client shoulder rehabilitation progress. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
-Hyrox preparations underway ๐Ÿ”ฅ
-Client held a plank for a minute for the first time ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

And of course all the clients that started or came back this week, we all know it's hard to get back or make that first step ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

Now time to unwind and enjoy the weekend before we do it all again Monday ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Start of February ๐ŸŒž

Well January was a long month...๐Ÿ˜ด
Between the snow, ice and the storm it's been hard to get into a good routine but we've all done our best ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

I feel like a broken record but the atmosphere in the gym this month has been amazing, especially after the tough December Gemma and myself had it's been so good to get back doing what we love and seeing our clients everyday ๐Ÿค—
We appreciate each and everyone of you and the effort you put in on a daily basis even if ye do take the p**s out of us most of the time ๐Ÿ˜…
