is a busy dad who works shift work, so long hours in the gym and endless cardio were never realistic for him. The main aim was to feel better in himself, have more energy for work and family life, and get back into a healthier routine. ๐Ÿ’ช

Hereโ€™s what we did:

โœ… Focused on getting stronger and improving his body composition rather than worrying about the scales. โš–๏ธ
