This week is often the hardest week for so many because stereotypically it should be the easiest 'first week of January'.

A lot of us may have over done it and completely got out of any routine we created for ourselves over Christmas and the thought of trying to get back in that routine can be hard. 💭

Just remember no one asks for perfection, be consistent and the results will come 🙌🏼

With kids back to school and people back to work, tomorrow feels like the real start of the new year and I’m already hearing whispers about the “January Rush.” 🤫

There can be so much pressure to join a gym or lose weight in January….but resolutions don’t always have to be about the scales.
Going to the gym isn’t only about weight loss, and health & fitness isn’t just a January thing.

This year, I’m challenging all my clients to set goals that go beyond the scales.
We’re going to focus on lifestyle goals as well as fitness goals. 🎯

Sometimes that looks like:
• sleeping better 😴
• having more energy for the kids ⚡
• feeling more confident in your clothes 👕

A little bit of post Xmas motivation for everyone on this cold New year's Eve Eve 💪

is the perfect example of determination. This wasn't a 6/12 week quick turn around transformation and it's most certainly not only a physical one.
Jamie overcame so much on his journey, I think regardless of the 30kg weight loss, getting rid of self doubt was the biggest achievement of Jamie's. 👏🏼

This is something we can all relate to, thinking you're not good enough and you won't be able to do it...well Jamie persevered and he was able 💪🏼💪🏼

I know it's cliché but your only competition is yourself...
Maybe today didn't work out as planned but you're going to absolutely smash tomorrow 🔥

✅ 𝘈𝘵𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 we 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘴.
✅ 𝘗𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 7𝘱𝘮 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨.

But one thing I made sure I wouldn't do is feel sorry for myself. This week I've been back on track training wise still being flexible with my food, I'm actually going to have a drink and watch a movie after I post this. 🥃

It's important to relax and enjoy Christmas time and other occasions but don't feel sorry for yourself afterwards, get back on track and start smashing those goals again 💪

Over this weekend I'll be laying out plans for the new year getting everyone aswell as ourselves back on track 100% ready for next Monday 🎉
