I have always had a keen interest in sport. I am currently the Sports Therapist to the Irish Junior Amateur Team (FAI). I have a very long association with St. in Tipperary Town. I am currently working with Saints and a Ladies Football Team and Camogie Team. I have worked with various other GAA clubs, Rugby and Soccer clubs over the last few years. It was as a result of an injury that I suffered myself I decided to study Sports Injury Therapy and then Physical Therapy, it took me almost six months to get back on my feet and I understand fully how difficult and frustrating it is to come back from injury. I studied Sports Massage Therapy & Injury Treatment through I.T.E.C.
