So I am drink the yellow gel as u all know and I am actual so use to it that it even come when I go away for a night or two as I find I have more energy and not as tired as I used to be as working mum . I decided to treat myself to an evening a week to myself with a pamper night which entails having my skin cleansed and a facial mask all with aloe vera product so I will post later the pics .

My youngest son Ben is on this one and my eldest boy also drinks the yellow forever Aloe Vera Gel which I have to say we don't spend to much time havin go go to the doctors which is great thank god

I started drinking this gel in August last year and I love it I was 12st 7 lbs and now today I am 9 st 8lbs I love it and I can not go with it my clothes size was 14 and I am now a size 10 oh my god . I am in shock but it's great as now I can have a new wardrobe
