During the first lockdown I nurtured my soul by spending as much time as possible in nature, meditated daily, learned to bake, enjoyed the silence and listened for the lessons this was all teaching me. I am very grateful for that time. As I write this morning, listening to the wind and rain outside I wonder what I can do to help. So I am offering my services, during the next six weeks, to people who need to talk, want someone to listen or just need some advice. This is a free service and it is given out of gratitude, so all I will ask in return is that if you use my services you pay it forward. ie you in turn do something nice for someone else.
