Natalie is a licensed Medical Acupuncturist having graduated from the CMATCM (College of Medical Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine). Natalie graduated with a Distinction from the Shannon College after successful completion of their 3 year course. She is a registered member of the ACI (Acupuncture Council of Ireland) who follow strict codes of ethics and practice. Natalie's treatments are approved by VHI, Laya, Irish Life Health and other health insurance schemes. Natalie also has a degree in financial services having worked for many years in that industry. Her journey with Acupuncture started over 14 years ago while trying for children and from her own experiences of Acupuncture over the years and investigation into the theory it is something she has become extremely passionate about. Natalie believes your health is in your hands, your food is your medicine and with a little help and support of acupuncture it is possible to have that optimal health. Natalie has a warm and welcoming approach, her aim is for you to enjoy the whole calming experience, understand the benefits of Acupuncture along with helping to address any health issues as quickly as possible.

The Princess revealing that acupuncture helped her and was a valuable part of her journey to recovery🥰 ❤️✨

The Princess of Wales appeared noticeably thinner and moved the world as she made her first public appearance since unexpectedly pulling out of Royal Ascot. She visited a hospital in Colchester to help open a new wellness garden, where she planted roses bearing her name and spent meaningful time speaking with patients battling the same illness she has faced.

In one of her most sincere and touching moments since beginning treatment, Catherine revealed that she had to hide her true feelings behind a “mask of courage” throughout the ordeal. She spoke about the constant pressure to appear strong and keep going, even when inside everything felt like it was falling apart. Moreover, the princess emphasized that the period after treatment is one of the most difficult and frightening, as the fight against the disease doesn’t end when therapy stops.

She also opened up about how challenging it has been to find a new balance and understand what her “new normal” looks like. In a vulnerable gesture, she shared that acupuncture has been one of the methods helping her heal and seek harmony.

Finally, Catherine stressed that emotional support must be ongoing, highlighting how essential it is for patients to receive care even after medical treatments conclude, since recovery goes far beyond physical healing.
