You'd be foolish not to get those runners on!

April 1st kicks off our JUST 10 Walking Challenge

10 days, 10 minutes a day. That’s it! 😇

With the clocks ⏰gone forward, the evenings are brighter, ☀️the weather’s looking fab, and spring is well and truly here....so there’s no better time to shake off the winter slump and get moving.

10 minutes a day is the mindset, but once you’re out the door, who knows where those steps will take you?

It’s a small commitment with a big impact.

🥐✨ Almond Croissant Baked Oats! ✨🥐

Serves 2, free @ mealtimes

Golden, nutty, crispy, and packed with protein; this air-fried magic is giving Parisian café vibes without the guilt! 😍 Best part? It’s totally free on the Unislim Plan at mealtimes!

Fancy this as a snack? 🥰
Divide into 8 portions (allow 1 bite per portion)

💛 Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
✅ 80g oats
✅ 85g cottage cheese
✅ 20g ground almonds
✅ 1 tsp cinnamon
✅ 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
✅ 100ml low-fat milk
✅ 1 egg
✅ ½ tsp baking powder
✅ 2 tbsp flaked almonds (for topping)

Method:
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 3 minutes.
2️⃣ Blend all ingredients except the flaked almonds.
3️⃣ Pour into a greased, oven-safe dish.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
5️⃣ Air-fry for 15 minutes until golden and set.
6️⃣ Let cool slightly, dust with icing sugar (optional), and enjoy!

💡 Top Tip: Enjoy it as a brekkie treat or portion into 8 slices for the perfect snack!
