What if this isn’t exhaustion…
but a signal?
A quiet one.
Not urgent.
Not dramatic.
Just persistent.
The kind that asks:
• What have you been carrying without pause?
• Where have you been coping instead of being supported?
• What would change if you stopped pushing through this?
Your body doesn’t withdraw to punish you.
It slows you down to protect you.
Fatigue isn’t always about sleep.
Sometimes it’s about safety.
Sometimes it’s about being “on” for too long.
Sometimes it’s about needs that haven’t had language yet.
So here’s the question worth sitting with:
If your body could speak honestly right now, what would it be asking you to stop ignoring?
You don’t need to fix this.
You don’t need to override it.
You need to listen.
Not everything that feels heavy is a problem.
Some things are invitations.
