Breathe Yoga Breathe studio is a brand new boutique yoga and fitness space located in Cahir, Co. Tipperary.

Qualifications and Credentials:

BSc Physical Education (1st Class Hons)
National Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness (1st Class Hons)
Diploma in Personal Nutrition
Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 500hr Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga
Qualified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher
Rocket Yoga Teacher

Reiki Level I and II

Experience:

I have always had a keen interest in health and fitness. For the past four years I have worked in remote mining and construction sites in Western Australia delivering health and fitness programs to workers. My experience includes, but is not limited to:

🍂 Autumn Timetable 🍂

It’s back to school and back to some sort of a normal routine 👏 💃 🙌 😊

And we are so excited to get back to our full timetable resuming on Monday 8th September 🙌

You’ve been asking for more daytime classes, so we have taken that feedback on board. We are delighted to now offer morning classes 4 times a week;

Tuesday: 9:30am Body Balance 🧘🏻‍♀️
Wednesday: 9:30am Pilates 🧘‍♂️
Friday: 10am Body Pump Express 🏋️‍♀️
Saturday: 11am Power Flow Yoga 🧘🏼

Friday evenings will now be either Yin/ Restorative Yoga depending on the instructor allocated to the class on the night. Each class is booked weekly and will run in four week terms.

All classes are now open for booking through the Glofox app.
