🏀 Easter Basketball Skills Camp 🏀

An exciting Easter Basketball Skills Camp is taking place on Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st March 2026 at Coláiste Dún Iascaigh Sports Hall, Cahir for young players aged 8-18 years.

Session Times
⛹️ Session 1: 8-12 years - 10:00am to 12:00pm
⛹️ Session 2: 12-18 years - 12:30pm to 2:30pm

📢 Children in 5th and 6th class are also welcome to book Session 2.

💰 Cost: €30 per child (€20 for 2nd or 3rd siblings)
💧 Please bring water and a basketball if you have one.

🧸 𝔼𝕧𝕒𝕟 𝕄𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕤 🧸

On 26.1.26 we welcomed our little prince into the world and we’ve been very busy since adjusting to a family of 5. Thanks to all my wonderful clients for your kind wishes over the last 3 weeks. I’m looking forward to getting back into the studio and doing what I love. But for now taking the time to recover and enjoy all the newborn cuddles with baby Evan.

🍂 Autumn Timetable 🍂

It’s back to school and back to some sort of a normal routine 👏 💃 🙌 😊

And we are so excited to get back to our full timetable resuming on Monday 8th September 🙌

You’ve been asking for more daytime classes, so we have taken that feedback on board. We are delighted to now offer morning classes 4 times a week;

Tuesday: 9:30am Body Balance 🧘🏻‍♀️
Wednesday: 9:30am Pilates 🧘‍♂️
Friday: 10am Body Pump Express 🏋️‍♀️
Saturday: 11am Power Flow Yoga 🧘🏼

Friday evenings will now be either Yin/ Restorative Yoga depending on the instructor allocated to the class on the night. Each class is booked weekly and will run in four week terms.
