"I was inspired to book in for an evaluation by a family member who was looking and feeling amazing, while I was unhappy with my own weight and energy levels.

From day one, I found the environment incredibly nutrition club incredibly supportive. The goals are realistic and achievable, and I’ve learned so much about balanced nutrition. I’m not hungry or craving things anymore, and I’m loving feeling healthier and more confident in myself!

Nine weeks in, I’ve lost 8kg, 71.5 cm, and 1 litre of visceral fat. I’m sleeping better, my gut issues have improved, and my energy levels are through the roof.

🌸 From stuck in a rut… to maintaining my results a year later! 🌸

I booked a scan at Deanrock Nutrition when I was feeling really unhappy with myself. After having Lilah, I had gained weight—but if I’m honest, I was already struggling before pregnancy and needed some guidance.

What I love most about the club is the flexibility, accountability, and encouragement from the amazing coaches and members. The support here is honestly unmatched 💕

I originally joined to feel my best for my wedding day. Now, almost a year later, I’m still maintaining my resultsand feeling better than ever 🩷
