Take a Moment for Yourself! 🌟
Hi everyone, hope your Sunday is full of ease and gentleness.
I wanted to share a friendly reminder to take some time to relax and recharge, while all the same keeping your focus on the great opportunities ahead.
Remember it's still early January but one thing is sure we often overestimate what we can achieve in one year but underestimate what we can achieve in 10 years. 🧘♀️✨
We also often underestimate how important it is to breathe. Without our Breath we wouldn't even see beyond the next 4-6 min.
Please be kind to yourself and take a few deep breaths in gratitude for this day. 🤗
Take a few minutes today to practice deeper breathing.
Try this:
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat this for 5 minutes to calm your mind and body.
And with that you have created great energy for your Body and Mind.
Now you can use this energy to Stretch. This is also something most of us don't do half enough.
Stretch your arms above your head, reach for the stars, and then slowly bend to each side while exhaling.
This helps release tension and improves upper body mobility. Everyone can do this one as best possible. No special equipment or environment needed. All it takes is a deep breath and a little motion.
Then, if you really wanted to top this, you could take a few minutes to jot down your thoughts, feelings, and reflections. This simple act of self-reflection can help you stay grounded and clear-headed and hold onto feeling good for a little longer.
Remember: taking care of yourself is just as important as staying focused. You've got this! 💪💚
