A few people haven't been able to make the morning sessions, so I thought it would be a nice idea to host an evening unwind class.
This is not a conscious connected breathwork session but more of a down regulating session where we focus on moving out of fight or flight and into rest and digest to encourage the body to move into relaxation and unwind mode.
I would love for you to join me. No experience required, just curiosity and an open mind.
