Conscious connected breathing (CCB) also known as transformative breathwork is an excellent tool to use to help people get out of their heads and into their body and allows the body to do the healing it needs to do to heal from past events/traumas/injuries.
Through the use of breathwork practices, you will train your nervous system to become flexible and move through the different states as intended.
