An amazing transformation from Nadine since joining. Nadine has done incredible. From the beginning Nadine got stuck in, really doing her best with our nutrition plan & training in our group training program.
Balancing the life of Mom & work we aimed for 3 x 45 minute workouts per week and a Nutrition plan that allowed her to cook for the whole family while staying on track.
With great work ethic and determination Nadine has lost an incredible 10kg/22lbs and is much stronger & fitter.
