Peer Support Groups are back this week 💛

We all have mental health to look after — just like our physical health.
You don’t need a diagnosis to attend, and you don’t need to be in crisis.

Whether you’re looking to maintain your wellbeing, feel more connected, or need support through a tough time, you are welcome here.

✨ Drop in, have a cuppa, and take a little time for you.

As we come to the end of the year, we’d like to wish everyone who has attended our peer support groups, WRAP® trainings, or engaged with us in any way throughout the year a very happy Christmas. We hope the coming weeks bring rest, warmth, and a peaceful New Year, and we look forward to connecting with you again in 2026
