Susan is fully certified to teach Mindfulness Online and all Mindfulness courses are currently offered via Zoom. Mindfulness teaches us to pay close attention to what is happening right here, right now, in this present moment, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experience. It is a way of being fully present and awake in every moment; a way of relating to all of life as it unfolds.Mindfulness can support us in taking time out from our usual “busyness” and in creating some space and stillness for ourselves. Developing the skills of mindfulness can help us to take charge of the quality of our lives and assist us in dealing with the ever increasing demands, pressure and pace of modern life.

I’m excited to begin 2 new rounds of Group Supervision this week. I’m delighted to say that both groups are fully booked with 2 groups of committed mindfulness teachers!

Please let me know if you’d like add your name to the list for the next round of Group Supervision.

Group Supervision is open to you regardless of the curriculum, format or context in which you are teaching. So, whether you are offering MBSR, MBCT, Mindfulness in the workplace or in an educational setting, you will be welcome. You may be new to teaching or are already quite experienced. In fact, even if you are not actively teaching right now, you will still be welcome as there is much to explore from this “in-between” space.

Mindfulness courses generally take place in Tralee, Killarney and Listowel but please contact me if you would like to organise a mindfulness course in your area.
