Treatment starts with facial reflexology facial , double cleansing , exfoliating, mask and going through all reflexes of all inner organs and body systems located on the face and head . 🧖‍♀️
Followed by foot reflexology to release energetic blockages within meridians .
After this- hot stone back massage to release any pains or aches in neck and shoulders Chakra balancing with Reiki and smudging to release negative energy. 🌞

Treatment can be customised for every client each time depending on needs that particular day , for example, reflexology swapped for full body massage, Reiki for Indian head massage and so on.

This pictures were taken by client and shared with me later . This lady was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and this caused severe pain and swelling on her feet .
We discussed few lifestyle changes and after few sessions of lymphatic drainage reflexology swelling went down, pain reduced, client reported more energy and better sleep . 💕
Once more, reflexology is not pampering or fancy leg rubs… it’s ancient complimentary healing technique, that reminds your body how to heal itself…💯

A little update from me 💕
As my practice keeps evolving, I’ve decided to focus more on holistic facial treatments and reflexology — the areas where I see the deepest results and love working most.

You’ll notice pedicure and body massage are no longer on my booking menu, but they’re still available for my existing clients — just send me a DM or text if you’d like to book.
