Our players, coaches & parents will be out in force in Abbeydorney village this coming Saturday, July 26th for the club's annual bucket collection. This collection (along with a second in Ardfert on Aug 4th) is our main fundraiser of the year and is vital in supporting our ever-growing player base. At Clanmaurice Medical Practice, we are proud to stand with the Ballyheigue Defib Group in their vital fundraising efforts to maintain the community’s public access defibrillators.

These defibrillators are already in place across the Ballyheigue area, offering a lifeline in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. In emergencies like these, every second matters. The minutes—or even seconds—gained by having immediate access to a defibrillator can truly mean the difference between life and death.

But these devices only remain effective if they’re kept in proper working order. That’s why the Ballyheigue Defib Group is now raising funds to support their ongoing maintenance, including replacing batteries and pads, and ensuring the equipment is always ready to be used.

Kerry fashion designer Don O'Neill has said his late cousin Lillie Gaynor was a ‘fearless a go-getter’ who managed to make a positive impact on many people's lives in her 19 years.

Good morning, as a mark of respect and to allow all our staff to pay their final respects, the practices in Abbeydorney & Ballyheigue will remain closed today.

All our colleagues in the local pharmacies will dispense an emergency supply of medication, our surrounding colleague practices will see URGENT EMERGENCY cases given the exceptional circumstances and there are 2 Walk In clinics in Tralee also available today.

We thank you all for the kind messages shared over the past several days in support of the entire family, it is a testament to how many lives young Lillie touched.
