Baby massage classes and Baby Yoga classes are being held every Wednesday morning in All Therapy Centre on Rock Street in Tralee. Baby Massage classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks up to when they start crawling. Baby massage has so many benefits for both baby and mum (or dad) but to mention but few - excelent way to promote bonding, relax, help baby to ease tummy troubles; Baby Yoga is suitable for babies from 3 months up to 18 months; it is a perfect exercise for new mum and baby - mummy gets to gently regain pre-natal body whilst baby is being guided through series of fun exercises with lots of singing and playful interaction. babies doing rgular baby yoga exercises ar more likely to reach developmental milestones, suffer less from digestive problems and tend to have better sleeping patterns.
