Beautiful Cherry blossoms always being Spring to a glorious end ahead of Bealtaine. The start of Summer.
What a difficult time it has been since pandemic. It continues to be.
Tips to stay on top.
1. Get outside in Nature, your body shall immediately relax. Find a sit spot just to sit and be and watch, listen, smell, using all your senses jut to be, nothing else. Close your eyes and just breathe. Bring your awareness to your breathe.
2. Walk in a field, beach, park, mountain or in Nature without cars. You shall feel a lot more grounded. Grounded means we come more into our body, not our head, using our heart intelligence which is much soften, kinder, compassionate than our critical negative analytical brain.
3. Water 💦 is a beautiful life giving source. Clean water to drink. To shower or bathe in. Sea Swims, feet in the river, under a waterfall. Deep cleansing, clearing, refreshing, life giving water. Foot baths are a great way to relax. It's very challenging to stay stressed with your feet soaking in a foot bath of warm water with some salts and essential oils & botanicals . It's one of life's great pleasures. Footbaths can transform how you feel. They can shift your mood so easily. It's so simple to do and most effective.
