HoT Yoga classes are performed in a studio heated between 25 - 35 degrees celsius. Beginners HoT Yoga; Booking is needed.. Get moving with this class aimed for those new to Yoga and for those wanting a class with plenty of action and instruction, while being safe and effective in your practice. A 6 week series of classes where each week builds off the previous. HoT Vinyasa Flow; 60 Minute drop in class no booking required. Faster pace yoga connecting movement with breath. This class develops better movement, strength, concentration with a mix of sweat and serenity. HoT Power Flow; 90 minute drop in class. No booking needed. This class builds strength, stamina and flexibility through a challenging sequence of advanced poses. With regular practice you will: Reshape your body, lose weight (you can burn between 400-600Kcal per class), tone your muscles Increase your flexibility Strengthen your spine & relieve back pains Release stress, flush toxins out, and improve your skin Improve and control your breathing, learn to meditate Balance your metabolism and stimulate your immune system Boost your energy levels and stamina Massages internal organs and glands Can help in the treatment of depression and anxiety
