Due to current restrictions Hot Yoga classes will remain at a normal room temperature for heath and safety. With regular practice you will:

Explore the rejuvenating techniques of myofascial release (MFR) in combination with Yin Yoga that will rebalance your body as we stretch, roll and release using balls (provided) and your own body weight to relieve tension, tightness & pain.
This 6-week course combines the long holds of yin yoga with self-myofascial release techniques.
Myo Yin is designed to introduce tools to decrease muscle soreness & tension, while achieving more ease of movement in the body.
You will leave feeling deeply relaxed..
No yoga experience is required.

Balancing is one of the hardest, but most rewarding parts of the yoga practice. Balance poses are difficult to master not only because they require strength and flexibility of the body, but also because they are dependent upon the focus and persistence of your mind. They challenge you to be relaxed, strong, and centered at the same time. If your mind decides to wander from the present moment just for a second, falling will be inevitable.
Balances offer us both physical and mental benefits. Physically, we strengthen and elongate our muscles, get to know our center of gravity and how to align ourselves, improve the function of the equilibrium receptors in the body, and learn the important yoga principle of rooting down.
As for mental benefits, balance poses teach us how to keep our attention focused and disregard external distractions, how to stay steady in one place for a while, and how to find inner center and equanimity—all these are important qualities both on and off our yoga mat

HoT Yoga classes are performed in a studio heated between 25 - 35 degrees celsius. Beginners HoT Yoga; Booking is needed.. Get moving with this class aimed for those new to Yoga and for those wanting a class with plenty of action and instruction, while being safe and effective in your practice. A 6 week series of classes where each week builds off the previous. HoT Vinyasa Flow; 60 Minute drop in class no booking required. Faster pace yoga connecting movement with breath. This class develops better movement, strength, concentration with a mix of sweat and serenity. HoT Power Flow; 90 minute drop in class. No booking needed. This class builds strength, stamina and flexibility through a challenging sequence of advanced poses.
