Unbelievable haul of clothes collected this week at Slimming World Tramore by the Tuesday evening & Friday morning group! 175 bags which should raise well over €6,000 for the Irish Cancer Society !

Recycling clothes that we no longer need as we shed the pounds and feel great raising money for such a worthy cause ❤️

Thank you to everyone one involved in carrying, filling, un-loading, loading bags this week to make this happen.

Thank you to Jim the Irish Cancer Society van driver, to Sean and Reuben from who were fantastic thismorning carrying all the bags out to the van while on work experience at Meals on Wheels and most of all thank you to my members, take a bow 🙇‍♀️ 👏👏👏👏

I've personally met Steve through the Awards Ceremonies at Slimming World and what a gentleman! What an inspiration! It was an honour to spend time with him over the weekend and looking forward to our next catch up at the ball 🥰 Slimming World with Steve, Norwich & Thorpe St Andrew

I didn’t think I could actually do it. Not properly. Not long term. I’d start… stop… laugh it off… say “I’m just built this way” and carry on.
But truthfully? I’d just stopped believing in myself.

That photo on the left wasn’t just about weight.
It was how I felt about myself. FAT. FED UP. STUCK. BUT Walking into group wasn’t some big confident moment…I nearly didn’t go. But that’s where it changed. Not overnight… just slowly. Bit by bit I started believing again. That’s why I do what I do now.

Because I GET IT! The doubt, the starting again, the “what’s the point” days. So if you’re sat there thinking you’ll “start soon”… or you’re not sure you’ve got it in you…Just come. As you are. You don’t need belief to start. You just need to walk through the door.
