As adults we can think that doesn't mean me - only children play. But here's the thing - play can be many things. So when was the last time you took time out to do some self care? Doesn't have to expensive in time or money. It can be some journalling, some art, having a dance to your favourite music around the kitchen, trying a new make up tutorial from tik tok, some yoga. Self care can look a lot like playing for adults! Go on - indulge yourself!
