Mum & baby yoga
Mum & baby yoga is a fun class for both Mum and baby.

Each class begins with exercises for Mum focusing on postnatal recovery followed by yoga for babies focusing on gentle movements for overall strengthening and development.

The classes are completely baby led allowing for feeding & nappy changing when needed.

Mum & baby yoga is a lovely way for new Mums to meet and share experiences and also get advice from the more experienced Mums in the group.

Classes start Tuesday 26th August
Time : 11.30
Cost : €23 pay as you go

Baby Massage classes are a great way to meet other new parents. There’s always time for tea & a chat at the end of each class.

Our Baby massage course is a 5 week course. Each week you will lean a different technique culminating in a full body massage routine on the last day.

Foam Roller Pilates Workshop where fitness meets fun, and athleticism meets relaxation
Join us for a dynamic and fun-filled session! The first 60 minutes will challenge your body with an intense workout, focusing on core strength and balance using foam rollers. Expect an athletic experience that replicates reformer movements, enhancing your Pilates practice.
Then, wind down in the last 30 minutes with soothing mobility exercises, relaxation techniques, and a touch of meditation. All equipment is provided, just bring yourself and an eagerness to move!

Yin Yoga Workshop

Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing, at times challenging, style of yoga which combines deep stretches with long holds to help you release deep held tension. It facilitates greater flexibility at the pace of the student, reducing risk of injury, working deep into the layers of facia. Yin Yoga is the perfect anti-dote to the fast pace of life and more active persuits and activities. We supply all props and mats needed

Slow is fast yoga flow workshop!

Join Mary for a Slow is Fast workshop! Curiously working in different speeds through transitional movements, noticing how we create shapes and move through space with our body, we will explore the patterns of our movement. The workshop will focus on increasing proprioception (awareness of where your body is in space!!!), to allow your instincts to be more intuitive, more safe, and more dynamic. You’re invited to work with pranayama (breath) and yoga asana (postures), giving yourself the chance to: slow down your body, breath, and brain, to observe your habits, and to empower a deeper self-understanding to make your life easier.

Everyone is welcome to this workshop suitable for all levels, including beginners; bring yourself, however you are on the day, your open mind, and you need no more!
