You count, and you matter. Your feelings are real and need to be addressed. Allow yourself to seek help; there is always someone who will listen. From my own experience, sometimes it can be easier to talk to a stranger. We all have a bad day now and then, but if you have too many in a row, you might need someone to talk to.

Someone who listens takes your hand and tells you: look, Steff, it's alright. I know you feel lost, but let me show you something. You put your head on the ground; there is no light, but what if I tell you there is light even if you can't see it right now? I will help you to see the light again step by step. 💛 I will always be grateful to that Lady who took the time to talk to me, giving me the feeling I matter.

It's not a weakness to reach out for help; it's a sign you have been so strong for a long time.
Sosad in Navan are brilliant. I can highly recommend them.

Please reach out, and it's not for anybody else; it's for you! You count, and You matter 💛

Join me for my beginner meditation class! We had a great turnout 2 years ago, and I'm thrilled to offer it again. Our sessions start with 5 minutes of meditation and progress to 30 minutes to 1 hour over time. My guided Meditation class is designed for your relaxation, personal development, and spiritual growth. If you're new to meditation and seek stress relief, happiness, and healthier living, this class is for you.

Guided meditations make it easy to experience the positive benefits of deep meditation. You don't need special techniques or positions—just a quiet place to sit, close your eyes and listen to my voice for a blissful journey.

The class will be held at my office in Trim. A morning class from 9.30 am - 10.30 am and an evening class from 6 pm - 7 pm are available. Each session will conclude with a cup of tea/coffee, biscuits/sweets, and a chat. The meditation class will run in 4-week terms, with each term costing 60€.

Good morning ☕️

A new week, with a blue sky and 🐦 🐦‍⬛ singing, welcome to another week with endless possibilities and opportunities 😀

Be Happy Be Yourself.
If others don't like it, then let them be. Happiness is a choice. Life isn't about pleasing everybody.

That's something I slowly learned throughout the years, that no matter how hard you try, you can't please everyone.
so I stopped, and you know what? it felt great 👍 some people don't like me, don't like my work etc... but it doesn't bother me anymore.

I am Me and I am Free and I'm happy who I am and that's all that matters. I wish I would have done it sooner, as it brought me so much peace and freedom.

Like the little swallow birds who decided to nest here under my roof every year. Be different, think outside the box, change directions, and edit your life when needed but never forget to believe in yourself, you can do everything you want.
