Vinyasa flow yoga is an energetic and dynamic style of yoga focusing on breathing and alignment. Moving through vinyasas helps to build strength and stamina, bringing a sense of calm and relaxation to both mind and body. Classes offered are aimed for mixed levels of ability, options are provided for those who have little experience of yoga or pilates. Be sure to check with your GP before commencing any new exercise routine.
