Funeral arrangements for the late Denis Hourihan RIP

Denis passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of the Galway Hospice, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Johnny (John) and Sheila Hourihan (née Murray), Main Street, Dunmanway, Co. Cork.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his children Eva and Jack and their mother Medbh Gillard. Sadly missed by his siblings Margaret (O’Dwyer), Teddy, Ann (Hayes), Sheila (Kelleher) and Eileen (Broderick), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Denis will be reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam (H54 KX34) on Tuesday evening from 6.00 o’c until 7 o’c. Followed by removal to the Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam (H54 WP66). Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 1.30 o’c. Funeral afterwards to Tuam Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements for the late Wilhelm (Willi) Kiefel, Steinach, Germany and Parkview Drive, Tuam

Willi; (Peacefully) at the Galway Hospice on 29th April in the presence of his loving family. Beloved husband of Maura (née Crowley) and father of John, Brian, and Marie-Therese. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, children, sister Rita, grandchildren Sofia, Lucas, Amélie and Ada, sons-in-law Fagnar and Jim, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral arrangements for the late Ronan Dempsey RIP.

Ronan passed away suddenly and peacefully at his home on Monday, 27 April, 2026.
Ronan will be sadly missed by his loving wife Sharon, sons Tommy and Jack, daughter, Maisy, his parents Francis and Druscilla, brother Rory, sister Emer, sister-in-law Meggan, brother-in-law Nathan and by nieces Ciara and Maeve and nephews Dylan and Caelan, relatives, neighbours and friends. Ronan is predeceased by his wonderful parents-in-law Tommy and Mary Foley.

Ronan will be reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam (H54 KX34) on Thursday evening from 6.00 o’c until 8 o’c. Followed by removal to his home. Requiem Mass on Friday at 12.00 o’c in The Sacred Heart Church, Belclare. (H54 XD26) A private family service will take place in Shannon Crematorium.

Predeceased by his parents Tom and Mai and his brothers Michael and Anthony.
Loved and sadly missed by his partner Agnes, his daughter Michelle, granddaughters Nicole and Robyn, great-grandchildren Aiden, Theo and Charlie, his brother Tommy (Kilmore), sisters Mary Fahy (Belclare), Kathleen Gaughan (Kilmore) and Trish Murphy (Kilaloonty), Tuam, nieces, nephews and extended family and his wide circle of friends.

Gerry's funeral Mass will take place in St Agnes Church Cricklewood on Tuesday 28th April at 11am followed by cremation in Hendon Crematorium..

The death has occurred of Sr. Maria (Mary) Collins Teaghlach Mhuire, Renmore, Galway
and formerly of Feigh West, Abbeyknockmoy, Clifden, Achill, Carna and Tuam
Sr. Maria died peacefully on the 8th March surrounded by her family
and community in the wonderful care of the Staff in the Galway Clinic.
Predeceased by her parents Kitty and Frank and her sister-in-law Mary.
Deeply mourned by her sisters Nuala and Winnie, her brothers Michael,
Paddy and Martin, sisters-in-law Anne and Kathleen, brothers-in-law Luke and Joseph, nieces Sadhbh, Niamh, Angela, Joan and Edel,
