We’re thrilled to announce that after the recent storm cleanup, Castlegrove Woods is open once again for all to enjoy! 🍃

The trails are clear, the fresh air is back, and it's the perfect time to reconnect with nature. Whether you're walking, running, or just soaking up the beauty, we can’t wait to welcome you back to the woods!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped with the cleanup and to all our supporters who continue to make projects like this possible. 🌿

🌲 Please exercise caution around trees in the forest as we continue to monitor the area for safety.

Come explore the newly restored trail and let the healing power of nature do its magic. ✨

We're on the home straight, work inside is near complete thanks to the fine work done by Coillte. Once we have the thumbs up to open up again we will let everyone know here. Thanks for your patience.

Some serious work done by Pat, Niall and the team at McTigue Quarries Limited this week on the entrance road into Castlegrove Woods thanks to funding received from ORIS with the support from Galway County Council community development team. The guys work so far exceeded our expectations and the road in at last is near completion in record time. 💪💪💪
