I work with teens and help them understand what they are experiencing. I use creativity and talk therapy to help them understand life's challenges. I work with families and help support them to an understanding how to support their teenager through difficult challenges and gain a greater understanding going forward with positivity

Love this. A gentle reminder that there are some wonderful people in your life. A reminder of what they have accomplished in their life so far. Proud is a beautiful word filled with gratitude and gratefulness ❤️

Tell your loved ones how proud you are on how far they've come, the strength they carry, to the person they are today. They are just amazing. Let them know 🫶
