Did you know that 1 in 5 people in Ireland suffer with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

April is IBS Awareness Month and we want to bring recognition to how common IBS is.

Many suffer in silence due to its stigma and because of this, IBS can go from just being a "stomach issue" to also affecting ones mental wellbeing.
With symptoms like pain, bloating, and unpredictable flare-ups, IBS can make everyday life challenging and can affect any age with peak age incidences ranging between ages 15-35.

There are 3 main groups of IBS:

● IBS-C (Constipation Dominant)
● IBS-D (Diarrhoea Dominant)
● IBS-M (Both Constipation & Diarrhoea)

We have many different probiotics in-store and online that can help manage all types of IBS and it's symptoms. If you are unsure of which one will work best for you, we are more than happy to help.

Due to recent changes in parking rates in Tuam, it has become unaffordable for the people of Tuam to park in town. We have had enough, please call in to us and sign our petition (and other Retailers in town).
