Make D while the Sun Shines ☀

Vitamin D plays a crucial role in keeping your bones and muscles healthy, as well as being important for your immune system. Our bodies produce Vitamin D by absorbing sunlight, but we obviously don't get enough of that in Ireland! Which is why the HSE recommends that everyone in Ireland take a Vitamin D supplement at least from Halloween (31st October) until St Patrick's Day (17th March) every year*
